TEAM LEADER FOR MARKET PENETRATION (AIESEC IN UP DILIMAN)
Feb 2020 -
·    Oversees planning and execution of college-wide IMC targeted to drive cross-cultural exchange sign-ups via social media and 2+ on-ground channels
·    Maintains relationships with 15+ College of Business Administration organizations to enhance IMC execution
·    Leads 2-person team to launch of 2+ college-wide talks inviting 4+ AIESEC exchange alumni to share their experiences, targeting to reach at least 20+ attendance for each session
RECRUITMENT HEAD (UP ADVERTISING CORE)
July 2019 - December 2019
·    Led a cross-functional team of 16 and generated 130+ applicants launching a university-wide IMC targeting social media and 3+ on-ground channelsÂ
·    Launched 5+ workshops for applicants, around topics like Partnership Marketing, IMC Creation, Logistics and Member Welfare; generated at least 40-50+ attendees per each workshop,Â
·    Tracked 130 applicants across 5 months for overall grading as AdCore applicants retention, through Google Sheets and equations
·    Partnered with Barkada UPTC to create IMC brief, recruited 10 applicant teams to work on relevant brief campaigns, and guided Barkada in judging and selecting the winning team, whose idea was used to re-engineer both menu and social media marketing
MARKETING PROJECT HEAD (UP BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL)
September 2018 - October 2018
·    Negotiated with 30 brands to generate 250+ boxes of x-deals for the event, highest record ever
·    Refreshed existing marketing proposals and MOAs for partnerships, leading to a 30% response rate
·    Generated 70-100 visitors daily for the event, especially through ice cream sampling partnership with Magnolia, highest record so far
PROGRAMS PROJECT HEAD (UP BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL)
February 2018 - May 2018
· Generated 90+ attendees of UP CBA passers from different high schools nationwide
· Arranged and executed the 9+ hour program flow for the event, keeping it on time
· Constructed 9+ hour technical script for the 1-day event
· Recruited representatives of 5+ UP Business League organization to share about their organizations and initiatives during the event

CHAIR AND GLOBAL VOLUNTEER FOR ICREATE SUMMER CAMP 2019
June 2019 - July 2019
·    Spent 2 months in Hanoi, Vietnam, 2 weeks for onboarding on cultural, language, and project lessons for pre-event and 6 weeks for facilitating a 57+ person cross-cultural and cross-functional team during the event.
·    Prepped 3+ sessions on sustainable consumption and design thinking for 40+ Vietnamese high school students, also serving as workshop speaker and facilitatorÂ
·    Supervised 2 5-student teams for 10 days to quickly launch and market a new product for a half-day zero-waste fair; co-partnered with 3 Vietnamese companies and generated Php2k+ in income

University Business Camp is a one-day event filled with talks from the administration, distinguished alumni, and top students of the College of Business Administration, as well as activities that will help the potential VSB freshmen to feel more acquainted with their future batch mates and future home.
